Waivers: All club members, or anyone who participates in any of the programs, must sign a waiver. Visit the Membership page to download waivers.

Court Access: Members will be notified of the gate lock combination and the security code to unlock the Clubhouse. Members must not divulge the combination or security code to any person.

Public Use: The courts are not open to the public, except during 3pm-5pm Monday to Sunday and 8am-10am on Monday & Tuesday.  During those times, the public must request access to the courts through Centre 2000. Members must direct the public to do so prior to being given access to the courts. The public is not permitted to have access to the Clubhouse. The tennis summer camps offered by the club pro are open to the public and parents must sign a waiver for their children to participate.

Court Hours: The courts are open from sunrise until 11p.m. The court lights are not on a timer and must be turned on manually. If you are not sure how to turn on the lights, please ask another member to show you. Please turn off the lights if you are the last one to leave.

Dress Code: All members are expected to wear proper tennis shoes (non-marking) and proper attire. Shirts please!

Fair Play: Members and guests must abide by the OTA rules of tennis etiquette and fair play as posted in the Clubhouse and as found at the following link:

Rules of the Court: The OTA Rules of the Court shall apply to all match play. The Rules of the Court are posted in the Clubhouse and can be found at the following link:

Non-Discrimination Policy: Members and guests must abide by the laws against discrimination on the basis of culture, race, socio-economic status, gender, age or ability as defined by the Human Rights Code.
